Life can be challenging. Having someone to hold space for our growth and difficulties can deepen and support our process. It is also stress-reducing. Studies show that speaking with someone about our difficulties or simply talking about meaningful or important things in our lives reduces stress and improves quality of life. Sometimes having another person listen, receive, and offer new perspectives can make a crucial or significant difference in our daily lives.
I get a sense of who clients are and how they can benefit from therapy, and then together we agree on a plan for therapy.
