Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—and how small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful relief.

CBT focuses on identifying unhelpful thought patterns and habits that keep you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or discouraged. We look at how these patterns developed, how they show up in daily life, and how to gently shift them in ways that feel beneficial.

CBT is collaborative and skill-based. CBT emphasizes tools you can use to manage stress, improve mood, strengthen relationships, and respond more effectively to challenges. If we are focusing on CBT (versus talk therapy), sessions are structured, goal-oriented, and tailored to your specific needs.

CBT can be especially helpful for anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, etc. The ultimate goal is not just symptom relief, but build skills to cope, with greater clarity.
